Job responsibilities
- Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
- Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
Requirements:
- Higher education in the relevant field
- Power User level computer skills
- Computer knowledge (OS systems, Hardware, Troubleshooting, Software and network knowledge)
- Ability to work in shift schedule
- English language (writing, reading and conveying ideas to layer2 and layer3 during incidents)
- Analytical thinking and mathematical logic
- A+ Core1 and Core2 certifications are desirable
- Knowledge of russian language is advantage
