SAP Master Data Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Execute changes to SAP master data (e.g. material, purchasing info record, bill of material etc.) as approved by the business
• Set up and maintain vendor master data to accurately support the purchase to pay process
• Coordinate material and finish products master data setup, validations and periodic maintenance
• Perform mass updates
• Work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues
• Ensure data quality, compliance and consistency of master data with business requirements
• Support the business with required procedures, submit incidents and change requests when needed
• Assist business process experts in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation
• Assist in the identification and implementation of system enhancements and process improvements
• Prepare and provide periodic data and analysis to support auditors, business partners, and management; participate in corresponding data reviews
• Provide leadership and problem solving related to data issues and initiatives
• Set up and maintain vendor master data to accurately support the purchase to pay process

Requirements:

• 2+ years SAP experience in master data management
• Strong Microsoft Office suite skills
• Analytically minded and methodical problem solver
• Able to efficiently prioritize work and timely inform stakeholders on the progress
• Good knowledge of English (writing and speaking)
