Job responsibilities:
- Ensuring hiring, transfer, dismissal and other relevant operations in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, internal documents of the enterprise and management orders
- Preparation of labor contracts, timely execution of operations on e-gov government portal, ensuring the preparation of internal orders
- Ensuring proper document management, personal file formation and regular registration of employees
- Timely record keeping and submission of information required for payroll calculation
- Making vacancy announcements based on the company’s staffing needs
- Development of organizational structure and job descriptions
- Assessing the qualification, personal and business qualities of the staff, implementation of on-the-job and other relevant trainings
- Management of staff remuneration, disciplinary actions, attestation processes
- Control over the preparation and timely submission of personnel reports where required
- Interaction with relevant government authorities and compliance with relevant legislation (Migration Service, State Inspectorate Service, etc.)
- Preparation of relevant reports for management
- Establishment and development of internal procedures, rules, guidelines and standards in the field of personnel management
Requirements:
- Higher education
- 3-5 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources (senior position work experience is advantage)
- Good knowledge of Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan
- Ability to work on 1C (8.3 UPP) system and MS Office programs
- High communication and teamwork skills
