Delivery Representative (Sheki, Mingachevir, Barda)

Job responsibilities:

• Carry out the delivery of goods (tobacco sticks, devices, etc.) to enterprises, shops, private houses and other places and back based on the order
• Follow the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan on advertising and act in accordance with those legal requirements when promoting products
• Follow line manager’s instructions on goods, addresses and other necessary information to be delivered on a daily basis
• To determine the level of customer satisfaction, analyze and identify shortcomings and make suggestions to management to determine the level of services provided
• Protect the products received from the direct manager for the purpose of organizing sales activities from all possible risks of damage and present the remaining products to the direct manager at the end of the daily sales activities
• Prepare accurate and detailed reports (daily, weekly or monthly, depending on demand) on the product sold
• Be polite with customers, listen carefully to all their questions and requests, and provide detailed information
• Provide information to each customer about the products available in accordance with their purpose and legal guidelines for the sales process, trade and services, providing private services to each customer, to assist in determining the product that meets the customer’s wishes
• Always keep the agreed goods to be delivered in stock

Requirements:

• Higher education is advantage
• More than 1 year of work experience in the relevant field
• Knowledge of English or Russian is advantage
